How to qualify the inbound leads?

I ask the #inbound #prospects:

  1. Why do you want to buy our product now?
  2. What are you planning to achieve?
  3. What are you currently using?
  4. Is it possible to use Google sheets or excel sheets?
  5. How will our solution help your company?
  6. What do you know about our product?

Reason for asking these Qs: Don’t want bad word of mouth later. And it should help them achieve what they are planning to achieve.

If there is no fit, I don’t proceed.

I have had very bad experiences when I threw all my processes out of the window and went ahead and [wrongly] qualified the prospects.

It will be better to focus on the right prospects.
