I ask the #inbound #prospects:
- Why do you want to buy our product now?
- What are you planning to achieve?
- What are you currently using?
- Is it possible to use Google sheets or excel sheets?
- How will our solution help your company?
- What do you know about our product?
Reason for asking these Qs: Don’t want bad word of mouth later. And it should help them achieve what they are planning to achieve.
If there is no fit, I don’t proceed.
I have had very bad experiences when I threw all my processes out of the window and went ahead and [wrongly] qualified the prospects.
It will be better to focus on the right prospects.
